A little bit about me

Here, I write on matters of personal interest. Some may be local, some from far afield. Enjoy the ones of interest and do comment, whether in agreement or not.

I have lived on Moor Lane, Bramcote since 2000. I have been married to Judith for 29 years and we have two sons.

I chair the Bramcote Neighbourhood Forum. The Forum was formally recognised by Broxtowe Borough Council as the body to develop the neighbourhood plan for Bramcote.

In my professional life I specialise in research, lecturing and consulting on urban land management, brownfield reuse, sustainable development, contaminated land risk management and engineering geology.
